Our founder is an entrepreneur with over 23 years of experience in B2B Business Development across tech, capital markets, industrial solutions and creative industries. After 6 years as Global Marketing Head of Murex, she founded Createmotions, a marketing outsourcing company in 2008, followed by MAD, a MarTech startup in 2017. Lise has supported 250 executives and entrepreneurs in their business growth.
She mixes micro level action with macro level structure.Her approach : hands on with rigor & empathy. A graduate of EM Lyon & USJ, Lise is also a dancer, a movie buff, a chocolate enthusiast and the 3rd generation of a family business.
For the past 8 years, Lise has helped women entrepreneurs probono on her spare time, because she was tired of being the only woman in decisive meetings, when she knew so many talented women out there!
In 2025, she launched a bootcamp and workshops for women led businesses to take their business and authority to the next level.
